Massivate decides what happens to the information you send us, and is responsible for it. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@massivate.com.

When you use the form on this site, we receive the area you picked, what you wrote about where your growth is stuck, your email address, the page you sent it from, and the time you sent it.

When you email us directly, we receive your email address and your message.

The site itself uses two small cookies that only remember choices you make. Analytics and advertising tags run only if you allow them (see Cookies and analytics below). The emails we send you contain no open or click tracking.

We use what you send us to reply to you and to prepare for an intro meeting if you want one. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement.

We use your IP address for a few minutes, in memory only, to stop the same address from sending the form over and over. We do not store it. Protecting the site from abuse is our legitimate interest.

We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your message is not stored on this website. It goes straight to the tools our team works in:

• Resend, which delivers the message to our inbox. It processes data in the European Union (Ireland).
• Google Workspace, where our inbox is.
• Slack, where our team is notified when a message arrives.
• Massivate HQ, our own internal system on a server we manage, where the team keeps track of enquiries and work.

Google and Slack are based in the United States and may process it in the EU or the US. They use the standard contractual clauses approved for this purpose to protect those transfers.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, the page requested) for a short time to keep the site secure.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

On your first visit we ask whether you allow two kinds of optional cookies. Nothing optional loads until you choose, and saying no changes nothing about how the site works.

• Analytics: Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, counts visits and shows which pages people read and where they came from. It sets cookies on your device and sends Google your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you view. We keep this data for up to 14 months.
• Marketing: tags from the advertising platforms we use for our own campaigns (such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta). They measure whether an ad led someone to contact us and let us show our ads to people who visited the site.
• Necessary: massivate-locale remembers your language for a year and massivate-consent remembers your cookie choice for six months. Neither is used to track you.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Google and the advertising platforms process this data as independent companies under their own privacy policies, and may transfer it to the United States.

We keep your message only for as long as we need it to reply and follow up. If we end up working together, we keep the conversation for as long as the partnership runs. If we don't, we delete it once the conversation is over.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to hello@massivate.com and we will answer within 30 days.

If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In Türkiye that is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

If what we collect or where it goes changes, we update this page and the date below.
