How we workOne meeting, a written scope, then a loop that runs every month.

No packages and no guesswork. Here is how a partnership starts, what happens in the first months, and what you see from us every month after that.

01 · Intro meeting

We start by listening.

The first meeting is free and has no pitch deck. We ask about your product, your customers, your team and what you have already tried. We look at where things stand today: the channels, the site, the tracking, the content.

What you leave with

An honest view of what we could fix, where we would start, and whether we are the right team for it. If we are not, we say so.

What we ask about

  • What you sell and who your customers are
  • The goal for the next six to twelve months
  • Who is on your team and what they already handle
  • What has worked, what hasn't, and what you suspect is broken

02 · Scope

Everything in writing before we start.

After the meeting we send a written scope: the priorities for the first months, which parts of the work we take on, and a fixed monthly price. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed.

Fixed monthly price

Set around the scope and agreed up front. We never bill by the hour.

Three-month minimum

Partnerships start at three months and run for as long as they work.

Scope that moves

We review priorities every month, and the team's time follows them.

The first three months

The first months build the base.

Early on, most of the work is invisible from the outside but everything later depends on it. This is why we ask for three months. The exact order depends on your situation. A usual start looks like this:

01

Month one: set up

We get access, review what exists, fix tracking and write the first plan.

02

Month two: build

Pages, content systems and campaigns take shape, and the first work goes live.

03

Month three: measure

Real numbers come in, we make the first fixes and the monthly loop settles in.

03 · Monthly loop

What happens every month.

  1. Plan: In a priorities meeting we look at last month's numbers together and agree what matters most this month.
  2. Make: Content, ads, pages, features. The team works where the priorities point.
  3. Ship: Work goes live without being handed to another team or waiting in someone else's queue.
  4. Measure: The numbers come from tracking we set up, so you can trust them.
  5. Improve: What worked gets more attention. What didn't gets fixed or dropped.

What you receive each month

What you get

What a month can look like.

Scope is set around your priorities, so volumes change from project to project and from month to month. A typical month includes:

Who we work with

You own growth, but not a marketing department.

You don't need five vendors and a weekly status call. You need one team that sees the whole picture, does the work and tells you plainly what's working.

  • In month one we agree who owns what, so nothing is done twice.
  • The people in the meeting do the work. No account manager.
  • There is no marketing team yet, and growth can't wait.
  • There is a team, but not enough capacity to execute.
  • Ads are spending, but the site or product isn't converting.
  • The site, brand or product is being rebuilt, and growth can't stop.

What we need from you

A partnership works both ways.

Access

To the ad accounts, analytics, the site and every tool we will work in.

One decision-maker

One person who can approve the work and set the priorities with us.

Timely feedback

Quick answers, because the loop moves only as fast as the approvals do.
